Processing Times
All in-stock (pre-made) items ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
We frequently offer pre-orders. For pre-order items, production and fulfillment typically take 8–10 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes. Please note that this timeline may vary slightly depending on production conditions.

If your location is unavailable at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your region at this time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $150
International Shipping (DDU)
All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Customs delays are outside of our control
Once a package leaves the United States:
- Tracking may become limited or unavailable
- We are unable to assist with tracking updates at that stage
- Customers must contact their local postal carrier for further information
Tracking
Tracking information is automatically provided via email once your order has been packed and shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages will be refunded
- For damaged or other delivery issues, resolutions are handled case-by-case
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made after the order window closes.

- Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready
