1. Order Shipping Time
In-stock orders ship within 1–4 business days. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking email right away.
If you don’t see it, please double-check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there either, email me at support@byjasvn.com and I’ll help you out.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Yes — I do accept returns and exchanges.
If you’d like to start a return, please contact me at support@byjasvn.com after receiving your order so I can guide you through the process.
Exchanges:
I’m happy to offer exchanges if the desired item/size is in stock at the time your return is received.
Important Notes:

The original shipping fee is non-refundable, as that cost was used to ship your package.

International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, etc.).
Once I receive and inspect the item, I’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Pre-Order Timeline
Most pre-order production takes about 8–10 weeks before shipping.
I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll receive a tracking number the moment your order ships out.
4. International Shipping
Yes, I do ship worldwide 🌍 Shipping times vary depending on your country, but most orders arrive in about 2-4 weeks. Just a heads up, customs fees/taxes may apply depending on where you live, and those are separate from my shipping fees.
5. Restocks?
Did your favorite piece sell out?! I do restock on highly requested Items. If you want first dibs, sign up for the mailing list and/or SMS List— they always hear what's coming first.
6. Order Status (“Where’s my order?”)
If you bought a "Pre-order" Item, check out the "Pre-Orders" tab on the website. I keep tabs on the production process there!
If your order was an in stock item, then you should have an email with your tracking number. If you cant find the email, reach out to me at support@byjasvn.com
