1. Order Shipping Time

In-Stock orders ship within 1-4 business days. Once your package goes out, you’ll get a tracking email right away. If you don’t see it, double check your spam/junk folder. If its not there either, email me - support@byjasvn.com

2. Pre-Order Timeline

Most of the time preorder production takes about 8-10 weeks before shipping. I’ll keep you updated along the way, and you’ll get a tracking number the moment it ships out.

3. International Shipping

Yes, I do ship worldwide 🌍 Shipping times vary depending on your country, but most orders arrive in about 2-4 weeks. Just a heads up, customs fees/taxes may apply depending on where you live, and those are separate from my shipping fees.

4. Restocks?

Did your favorite piece sell out?! I do restock on highly requested Items. If you want first dibs, sign up for the  mailing list and/or SMS List— they always hear what's coming first.

5. Order Status (“Where’s my order?”)

If you bought a "Pre-order" Item, check out the "Pre-Orders" tab on the website. I keep tabs on the production process there! 

If your order was an in stock item, then you should have an email with your tracking number. If you cant find the email, reach out to me at support@byjasvn.com
